Pope Benedict XVI encouraged priests to use the internet and other means of social communication more effectively and so that is what I am attempting to do. These thoughts are offered only as the day to day ruminations of a simple pastor. With this in mind, please be charitable and pray for me as I pray for each of you in my daily Mass and prayers.

"I'm spiritual, I just don't believe in religion!"
Here is a really good discussion regarding a fallacy we all bump up against from time to time - the claim that one can be "spiritual" without having to be involved in "religion". Thank-you "Standing on my head" blog!
